THE SITE AT MANOR PARK HOLIDAY VILLAGE IS OPEN FOR 11 MONTHS OF THE YEAR FROM 15TH FEBRUARY THROUGH TO 15TH JANUARY.
WE ARE OPEN THROUGHOUT CHRISTMAS AND THE NEW YEAR FOR BOOKINGS.
THE SITE AT HEACHAM IS A SHORTER SEASON AND IS OPEN FROM EASTER UNTIL THE END OF OCTOBER. THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS SITE IS JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES WALK FROM THE SEA.

WE HAVE A CHOICE OF SEVEN CARAVANS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE. ALL OF THEM ARE TWELVE FEET WIDE BY THIRTY FIVE FEET PLUS IN LENGTH.
ALL OF OUR CARAVANS NOW HAVE LARGE VERANDAHS ATTACHED TO THEM FOR YOUR ADDED ENJOYMENT - EXCEPT FOR ONE CARAVAN - NO. 3 - WHICH HAS A LARGE DISABILITY RAMP INCORPORATED INTO THE VERANDAH.
HOWEVER, THE CARAVAN AT HEACHAM DOESN'T HAVE A VERANDAH ALTHOUGH THERE IS A PATIO AREA TO THE FRONT OF THE CARAVAN.
ALL CARAVANS ARE FULLY EQUIPPED INCLUDING VIDEO RECORDERS, DVD/VIDEO PLAYERS/RECORDERS, FULL SIZE TV'S, STEREO SYSTEMS, MICROWAVE, IRON, IRONING BOARD/ HAIR DRYERS, ETC.,

All our prices are fully inclusive of V.A.T. and gas and electricity is provided Free of Charge. Dogs are welcome - in some vans - and are FREE OF CHARGE! The only extra charge payable would be for passes, if required, though passes are not compulsory.
Passes are charged at the rate of £4.00 per adult per week and £2.00 per child per week (under 5's go free).
Passes for Heacham Beach however, will be £52.00 per caravan per week in high season and £38.00 per caravan per week for low season.
All caravans are supplied with double and single duvets and plenty of pillows. All that is required is the usual bed linen - bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
We have found that most people do prefer to supply their own bed linen although we are able to supply same if required.

Each caravan is cleaned thoroughly before you arrive and keys are left at reception for you to pick up at your convenience or from the security team should you arrive after 6pm when reception is closed.
