LIKE THE OTHER CARAVANS WE HAVE AVAILABLE, BOTH OF THESE ARE TWELVE FEET IN WIDTH BY THIRTY FIVE FEET PLUS IN LENGTH.   BOTH ARE AS WELL EQUIPPED AS OUR OTHER CARAVANS; THEY ARE JUST AS SPACIOUS; JUST AS COMFORTABLE;  IN FACT, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT BOTH THESE CARAVANS ARE JUST A COUPLE OF YEARS YOUNGER AND OFFER A MORE 'OPEN PLAN' LAYOUT.  
ONE LAST THING:  THEY BOTH OFFER TWO TOILETS!   REALLY HANDY WITH THE LARGER FAMILY!

TWO  BEDROOM.

This is a well appointed TWO bedroom caravan which offers an en-suite toilet and wash basin to the spacious main bedroom.   Also includes two full sized wardobes, chest of drawers and a dressing table unit with spot lighting above.   The second bedroom offers two good sized single beds, wardrobe and dressing table.
The furnishings are finished in a light pine effect.
The lounge offers comfortable L shaped seating with further L shaped seating adjacent to it.   You will also find a good pull out double bed in here thus allowing this caravan to sleep six people comfortably.  We can supply the duvet and extra pillows as required.
There is a very spacious well equipped kitchen with seperate dining area directly opposite which will seat six people easily.
The spacious bathroom offers a fully enclosed glass shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Parking is to the front and side of this caravan.

This caravan also offers FREEVIEW.

WE HAVE NOW ADDED A VERY LARGE VERANDAH TO THIS CARAVAN WHICH SPANS BOTH THE ENTRY DOORS.
THE VERANDAH MEASURES 8' X 24' AND INCORPORATES BOTH DOORS.
Please note: Whilst the verandah is fully usable, there are still some minor 'cosmetic' jobs to be finished to make it look smart as well as practical!

                VERY LARGE VERANDAH   WITH     PATIO FURNITURE.

THREE BEDROOM.

This is a very spacious THREE bedroom caravan which is just a few years old. 
It offers one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. 
This caravan will sleep eight people comfortably as there is a pull out double bed located in the lounge area.  The extra duvet and pilows can be supplied as required.
It has all the usual refinements with the usual gas fire set in a nice contemporary fireplace with large mirror above.
The bathroom is very spacious and includes a fully enclosed shower cubicle, low level toilet and pedestal wash basin.   There is a further seperate toilet and wash basin located near the bedrooms.
The kitchen is very well equipped including a decorative cooker hood above the full size oven.   Glass fronted doors cover shelves which are set into the wall space with the work top/breakfast bar below.    The microwave cooker is set in a purpose built unit above the fridge.   There are ample cupboards in the kitchen.
The spacious lounge area consists of two sofas with fitted units as well as shelving units to the walls.
As with all our caravans for hire, outdoor furniture is offered for your use.
Parking is to the front and side of this caravan.
