When you have confirmed your booking with us - either by telephone or reply to your e-mail to us - please forward us a holding deposit in the sum of £50.00 (fifty pounds) and please make your cheque payable to:

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a receipt, confirmation and directions to site.  Please be sure to notify us of your address and dates booked when sending your deposit.

We regret that we are unable to accept any bookings other than mixed couples and family groups.
This is the ruling of both Manor Park and Heacham Beach.

We are more than happy to accept bookings for short breaks in all our caravans on both sites with a minimum booking of two nights.
However, in the school summer holidays, we are only able to accept bookings for full weeks - Saturday to Saturday.

If there is no reply on the land line, please leave your name, telephone number and a brief message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Alternatively, please either ring our mobile or send us a text.

When staying in one of our caravans, we would be extremely grateful if you would tell us when leaving, if anything has been broken.
We totally understand that accidents do happen from time to time and, though we would not charge for small breakages, we do need to know what has been broken or damaged so that we can replace it in time for the next guests.
There is nothing worse than finding that you only have seven cups for eight people!

We would also appreciate it if you would leave the gas and fridge switched on when you leave please.   Usually, another guest will be using the same caravan either the same day or the next so the electricity and gas will not be wasted.
However, in the chillier months, please make sure that any heating and the gas fire and lights are all turned off.

Whilst we do our very best to make sure that everything is in perfect working order for you when you use the caravan, occassionally things like gas bottles running out will occur.
If there are any problems, please do get in touch with someone in reception as they have a maintenance crew on site who are used to dealing with most things.
