YOU WILL FIND THAT THE CARAVANS ON THE SECOND PAGE ARE A LITTLE DEARER THAN THE CARAVANS ON THIS PAGE; THIS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE A LITTLE YOUNGER AND ALSO OFFER AN EXTRA CLOAKROOM AS WELL AS A LARGE FULLY FITTED BATHROOM WITH GLASS DOORED SHOWER CUBICLE. THE CARAVANS ON THIS PAGE ARE A FEW YEARS OLDER BUT THIS DOESN'T DETRACT IN ANY WAY FROM THEIR APPEARANCE, COMFORT AND PRACTICALITY.

Our first caravan offers TWO bedrooms, the main bedroom being TWELVE FOOT WIDE and a second bedroom with two single beds. However, this van being thirty five feet in length, can easily accomodate up to eight people. There is a double pull out bed in the lounge whilst the dining area converts to a double bed. The extra duvet and pillows can be supplied as required. The furnishings are in a light pine effect. The toilet and bathroom - containing a half bath/shower - are seperate. There is ample parking to the front and side of this unit. We also offer the use of outdoor furniture and in the large shed, you will find deck chairs, wind breaks and a baby gate - which is also great for keeping the dog inside!
We have added a large verandah to this caravan.
With access from the lounge door, this sun verandah measures approx. 16' x 9'.

ONE

THREE BEDROOMS are on offer in this caravan (one double and two rooms with two single beds). The furnishings are in a dark mahagony and, as with the previous caravans, it is very pleasing to the eye. The toilet and shower room are seperate with a low 'step over' shower cubicle with curtain. There is ample parking space both to the front and side of the caravan. Patio and outdoor furniture are also offered for your use.
This caravan also offers FREEVIEW.
We have now added a balcony/verandah to this caravan.
Being 8' in width and 12' in length, this verandah accommodates one of the entrance doors. The steps are to the side. We have also added an enclosed set of steps to the other entrance door.

TWO

This next caravan is a recent acquisition; a spacious THREE BEDROOM caravan with lots of cupboards! Like most of our caravans, this one is also 35' in length and a comfortable 12' in width. However, the interior design is a little different to what you would normally expect in that the lounge area seating wraps around a false wall by the entrance door and the kitchen is almost open plan!! Intrigued? With the toilet and shower room - with fully enclosed glass doored cubicle - seperate, and a roomy double bedroom, this unit will prove to be very popular (we hope!). The two single bedrooms contain twin beds. Outside patio furniture is also offered with this caravan.
THIS CARAVAN HAS A PURPOSE BUILT FULL LENGTH RAMP ATTACHED TO THE LOUNGE DOOR. ALSO OFFERING A SMALL BALCONY AREA.

THREE

This is a Cosalt model caravan which offers THREE BEDROOMS. You will find the normal double bedroom and of the other bedrooms, one offers twin beds whilst the other offers bunk beds.
Another double bed can be made up in the dining area.
The lounge is extremely spacious - again this caravan is 35' x 12' - with a large well fitted kitchen offering all the usual equipment, which looks out onto the seperate dining area.
There is a seperate shower room with glass fronted shower cubicle and wash basin. The w.c. is seperate.
This caravan is a fairly new addition but we're confident it will be popular - especially with families.
NEW FOR 2009!
Verandah measuring some 6' x 10' is attached to this van via the lounge door. This verandah is fully enclosed and accessed via the lounge door.
Patio furniture included.
