This is an award winning Park having been voted Best Holiday Park 2008/9.
It is ideally set being not too far from a safe, sandy beach (about half a mile; 10 minute walk), which offers pony rides in high season.
Hunstanton itself is a busy typical seaside resort although in the quieter months, the Holiday Village makes an ideal base for either exploring the beautiful countryside of North Norfolk or for the avid bird watchers with reserves at two nearby locations.
Seal Island is yet another tourist attraction with boat rides daily to the small island where the common seal has chosen to live.
These lovely docile ducks roam freely through the holiday village as visitors tend to spoil them with stale bread! (sometimes fresh bread if the kids get their way!).
Manor Park offers the use of TWO large outdoor heated swimming pools which are open from mid March through to the end of October.

ideal for children.

It is because of the privacy laws that we aren't allowed to take photographs when people are using these facilities - particularly the swimming pools - which is understandable.
